AGT is open to children aged 5 to 15 years old. We have different categories and judging criteria tailored for different age groups.
AGT strives to be accessible to all talented children. There's a small registration fee of ₦5,000 which covers participation in all workshops and preliminary rounds. Scholarships are available for families who need financial assistance.
Children should prepare a 2-3 minute performance in their chosen category. No elaborate costumes or props are needed for the audition - we're looking for raw talent and potential!
Our panel of judges evaluates based on talent, originality, stage presence, and growth potential. Audience votes also contribute to the final decision during the grand finale.
Child safety is our top priority. We have trained child welfare officers, secure backstage areas, medical personnel on site, and strict policies about adult access to children.
